According to the requirements of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Import and Export Dairy Products Inspection and Quarantine of the General Administration of Quality Inspection and Quarantine (General Administration Decree No. 152), Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Overseas Manufacturing Enterprises of Imported Food (General Administration Decree No. 145), and Notice on Publishing the Catalogue for the Registration and The General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine has implemented the registration of overseas production enterprises of imported dairy products. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. The list listed in this bulletin is the registered list of the first batch of imported dairy overseas production enterprises. Detailed information can be found on the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection.

2. The registration audit is still in progress. Enterprises meeting the registration requirements will be added to the list and published on the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection.

3. Dairy products produced by non-registered overseas food production enterprises shall not be imported from this date.
