After the entry-exit inspection and quarantine organs at various ports have passed the inspection of cosmetics, they shall add "the label has passed the examination" in the inspection certificate documents issued in accordance with the regulations. Inspection and quarantine organs conduct inspection and Quarantine of imported cosmetics, including label verification, sampling and inspection, and issue "Inspection and Quarantine Certificate of Inbound Goods" after passing the inspection and quarantine certificate.
When imported cosmetics are re-imported for inspection, the owner or his agent shall provide the label record number to the inspection and quarantine organ.

According to the relevant regulations on labeling management of pre-packaged food and import and export food in China, imported food must be labeled in Chinese, and the inspection certificate issued by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine department must be carried with the goods.
For imported food, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine organs at various ports shall add "the label has been verified and qualified" to the inspection certificate documents issued in accordance with the regulations. Inspection and quarantine organs shall conduct inspection and Quarantine of imported food, including label examination, spot inspection and inspection, and issue the Inspection and Quarantine Certificate of Inbound Goods after passing the inspection and quarantine certificate.

2. With regard to the production of Chinese labels for food imports, the Commodity Inspection Bureau has exact requirements. Detailed information is as follows:
(a) The Chinese label of imported food should conform to the General Principles of Prepackaged Food Labelling (GB7718-2011). Specifically, it should include: food name, ingredient list, country or region of origin, net content and solid content, production date, shelf life, storage method, dealer's name, address and contact mode.
(b)Specific production methods:
First, the above "must mark content" is printed directly in the corresponding position of imported pre-packaged food packaging;
Second, if you can't print directly and need to add Chinese labels on the original label, the above content should be printed into a suitable area of Chinese labels for pasting. It should be pasted in the fixed position of the main display page, after pasting, a complete label sample sheet should be formed and scanned on A4 paper in a flat form.
(c) When food is imported, the location and content of the label must be consistent with the sample sheet. The contents of the original label covered by the Chinese label need not be translated and labeled correspondingly.
